Randall co-founded Delphi and directs our operations. He is a recognized expert in all aspects of corporate risk management, and is particularly adept at distilling complicated risk issues into actionable strategies.
Prior to founding Delphi, Randall spent over 20 years advising Fortune 1000 clients in global heavy-risk industries with Risk International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and as a freelance management consultant. Internationally, he has advised governments and dozens of multi-national organizations, and also served 2-years in India as a charity volunteer. He is a court-qualified expert witness in Risk Management, a published author, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
Randall holds an MBA and IBD from Georgetown University and a BA in International Business from Brigham Young University.
Randall is a member of RIMS, AICPCU, and Beta Gamma Sigma. He is holds several industry certifications, including CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), RIMS-CRMP (RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional), and both the ARM and ARM-E (Associate in Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Management).
Delphi co-founder and director of business development, John Talley began his career in the insurance industry in 1990 selling both P&C and personal lines insurance products. In addition to sales, John has spent over 25 years specializing in insurance archaeology, alternative risk management, and captive insurance.
An entrepreneur at heart, John has established several successful businesses in retail, non-profit, and professional services. A fluent Spanish speaker, he is a passionate advocate for Latin Americans, having served as a volunteer for 18 months in Guatemala. He is a frequent conference speaker, an avid international traveler, and a jazz aficionado.
John holds an MPA and a BA in Spanish from Brigham Young University. He is certified in alternative risk management, holding an ACI (Associate in Captive Insurance) from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. Additionally, John holds the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) from The Institutes.
